The profiles of our Directors are as follows:

Lee Ting KiatIndependent Non-Executive Chairman
Malaysian

Lee Ting Kiat, a Malaysian, is our Independent Non-Executive Chairman. He was appointed to our Board on 19 October 2018 and is the Chairman of our Remuneration Committee. He is also a member of our Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nominating Committee.

Mr Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from University of Malaya, Malaysia, in 1991 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1992. Upon his graduation, Mr Lee started his pupillage in 1991 and commenced his practice in Messrs Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong (previously known as Azim, Ong & Krishnan) from 1992 to 1994.

In 1994, Mr Lee joined Messrs Andrew Wong & Co as a legal assistant and in 1995, was made a partner of the firm. He then left to join Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co as a senior associate in 1999 and was made a partner in 2000. As a partner of the said legal firms, he was responsible for handling corporate, commercial, finance and property matters. In 2005, he co-founded Messrs Lee & Tengku Azrina with a partner, and specialises in the fields of corporate, commercial, finance, and property. Presently, he is the managing partner and practicing lawyer of Messrs Lee & Tengku Azrina, being responsible for the corporate, commercial, finance and property practices.

Mr Lee is currently a General Committee Member of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) and the Chairman of the MICCI (Southern Region).

Chaw Kam ShiangGroup’s Managing Director
Malaysian

Chaw Kam Shianga Malaysian, is our Group’s Managing Director. He is also our first Director and member of our Risk Management Committee. He currently spearheads our Group’s business direction, overall strategies and policies. He has more than 27 years of experience in the label printing and converting industry.

Mr Chaw obtained a Unified Examination Certificate after completing his secondary education at Yong Peng High School, Johor, in 1979. He later obtained his Bachelor of Economics from Kochi University, Japan, in 1991.

In 1980, after completing his secondary school education, Mr Chaw began his career as a freelance electrician in Singapore. Later in 1986, he went to Japan to take up a pre-university matriculation programme in The International Exchange Institute of Japanese Language for a year before continuing his bachelor’s degree at Kochi University. In 1991, he returned to Malaysia to work as a purchasing officer in Sharp-Roxy Electronics Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the manufacturing and sales of consumer electronics located in Batu Pahat, Johor.

In 1993, Mr Chaw joined Multi Labels & Stickers Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the printing of labels and stickers, as a sales manager. During his tenure with the company, he was involved in developing and executing sales strategies.

In 1995, Mr Chaw left Multi Labels & Stickers Sdn Bhd to establish Toyo Sho.

Elly ChawGroup’s Executive Director
Malaysian

Elly Chaw holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University College London (UCL) at United Kingdom, having graduated in 2020. Her academic foundation provided her with a strong analytical and communication skill set, which she has since applied in diverse professional roles.

Elly began her career in Singapore as a journalist with The Straits Times, where she contributed to maintaining the publication’s high editorial standards. Her responsibilities included curating, editing, and verifying news content for accuracy and quality.

In 2021, Elly transitioned into the corporate sector by joining Toyo Sho Industrial Products as a sales executive. Here, she gained hands-on experience in daily operational management and developed key client relationships, contributing to the factory’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Her contributions and capabilities earned her a broader role in 2023 when she was entrusted with driving business development activities for Intag Industrial Supplies. In this capacity, Elly spearheaded initiatives to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and strengthen the company’s presence in competitive markets.

Currently, Elly leads the Group’s business development team, leveraging her expertise to drive growth and diversification of product offerings across multiple market segments. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence continue to play a vital role in expanding the Group’s market reach and fostering long-term success.

William Mak Ting RuiIndependent Non-Executive Director

William Mak Ting Rui, a Malaysian, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board on 15 April 2025 and is the Chairman of our Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee. He is also a member of our Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.

In 2013, Mr Mak began his career in Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT, where he was responsible for carrying out the planning and execution of audit assignments for public and private companies. His last held position is Assistant Manager, Audit & Assurance.

In 2017, he joined M & A Securities Sdn Bhd where he was responsible for carrying out the due diligence, corporate finance assignments and fund-raising exercise. His last held position is Manager, Corporate Finance.

In 2020, he joined MODU System (M) Sdn Bhd, as Chief Financial Officer where he oversees the group’s financial, tax and reporting matters. He was promoted as Finance Director in 2021 and redesignated as Non-Executive Director when he left the company in 2023.

He is currently the Chief Financial Officer in HS Hohan Commercial Vehicles Sdn Bhd.

Dyana Sofya Binti Mohd DaudIndependent Non-Executive Director
Malaysian

Dyana Sofya Binti Mohd Dauda Malaysian, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. She was appointed to our Board on 19 October 2018 and is the Chairman of our Nominating Committee. She is also a member of our Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee.

In 2010, Ms Dyana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. She subsequently obtained a Master of Arts in International Studies and Diplomacy from School of Oriental and African Studies University of London, UK, in 2016.

Upon her graduation, Ms Dyana started her pupillage in Messrs Azmi & Associates and commenced her practice in Messrs Nizamuddin Hamid & Co in 2012 as a partner dealing with corporate matters.

In 2013, Ms Dyana left Messrs Nizamuddin Hamid & Co and became the political secretary to the Member of Parliament (MP) for Gelang Patah, Johor, and was in charge of providing administrative, secretarial and political support services to the MP. In 2014, she was designated as the political secretary to the parliamentary leader of Democratic Action Party (DAP). She then took a gap year from 2015 to 2016 to further her studies in the UK.

Upon her return to Malaysia in January 2017, Ms Dyana joined Messrs Gibb & Co as a legal assistant, dealing with corporate matters in the Teluk Intan branch. She left the firm in October 2017 and joined Messrs Ayub & Co as partner (now known as Messrs Ayub, Dyana & Zainal) and her responsibilities include managing and advising clients on legal matters, focusing on the corporate field as well as managing the client profiles and public relations portfolio of the firm.

Tang Kok LianIndependent Non-Executive Director
Malaysian

Tang Kok Liana Malaysian, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board on 1 March 2025 and is the Chairman of our Remuneration Committee. He is also a member of our Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nominating Committee.

Mr Tang graduated from University of Electro-Communication, Japan with a Bachelor of Degree in Engineering in 1988. He joined Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. as Investment Banker, as the first Southeast Asian to be hired by Daiwa Securities HQ.
